Prices
All prices at www.anewadventure.dk are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT and taxes.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Payment
We accept payment with MobilePay, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
The amount will only be charged to your card when the item is shipped. We do not charge card fees.
Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The money will be released either:

when we deduct the amount upon dispatch of the goods, or
-
according to agreement with your card issuer.

Shipping and delivery
We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days.
Delivery time is usually 1-3 business days, depending on the shipping company.
Delivery is made with GLS or PostNord to parcel shops or home delivery.
The shipping price is stated when ordering (from DKK 0).
We deliver to all of Denmark and the EU. If you would like delivery outside the EU, please contact us at hello@anewadventure.eu .
Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us (cf. Consumer Contracts Act §18).
The deadline runs from the day you receive the goods.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at hello@anewadventure.dk (for Denmark) or hello@anewadventure.eu (EU) before the deadline expires.
You cannot undo this by simply refusing to receive the package.
Return
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item.

Return shipping costs between DKK 29-299, which is deducted from the refund (depending on where in the EU the package comes from)

The item must be returned in proper packaging and preferably in the original packaging.

You are liable if the item is damaged during return transport.
Condition of the item upon return
If the item has lost value because it has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or function, the loss in value will be deducted from the amount you get back.
Refund
Once we have received the item, we will refund the purchase amount including standard shipping within 14 days.
We will refund the money to the same payment method you used.
Right of complaint
When you shop at A New Adventure ApS, you have up to 24 months of warranty according to the Danish Sales of Goods Act. Different rules apply in other EU countries.
If the item is defective or has an error, you can have it repaired, exchanged, your money refunded or the price reduced – depending on the situation.
You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after the defect is discovered. Complaints within 2 months are always considered timely.
Return the item in proper packaging with a description of the defect. We will refund your reasonable shipping costs if the complaint is justified.
